Feb. 11 (UPI) — A at-home flight in Malaysia developed an emergency landing for fumigation when passengers on board the aircraft spotted a snake for your loose.
AirAsia confirmed a flight from the Kuala Lumpur to Tawau was in fact diverted to Kuching when the pilot was alerted to the presence of a flabby snake in the passenger compartment.
“This is a very rare incident which sometimes could occur on any aircraft from time to time, ” Liong Tien Ling, AirAsia’s chief wellbeing officer, said in a history provided to the Malay -mail.
A movie posted to TikTok purports to show the fish slithering through a light installation in the overheard compartment on the plane.
My airline said staff dug the plane for the snake right landing in Kuching, it was unclear whether the serpent was ever located.
No injuries became reported.
