Feb .. 12 (UPI) — Nine people were destroyed and three were damaged during an ambush Tuesday in the Philippine province among Maguindanao, local authorities reported.
Police and uniform officials believe the treat was the culmination of an constant feud between the families of few commanders of the Bangsamoro Islamic Armed Forces-Moro Islamic Freedom Front (BIAF-MILF), according to Filipino online news agency Rappler .
Law enforcement agency believe the main target of their ambush was Peges Lentagi Mamasainged, the BIAF-MILF arranger who goes by the name Denims Magic. Mamasainged died alongside eight others, including the size of his sons Johari, Sadam together with Sadr.
This feuding group was apparently led by Jordan Malalintang and his son Morsid, Maguindanao Police Captain Fayeed Prisión said. Malalintang is Mamasainged’s cousin.
Specialists are currently searching for the suspected foods.
Midpantao Midtimbang Jr., mayor of the Guindulungan municipality, told the state-run Philippine News Agency that the ambush happened in excess of 8 a. m. protected victims traveled on a close road in a remote part on their way to attend good celebratory banquet in the nearby village Barangay Kitapok.
