Feb. eleven (UPI) — In a Friday visit to Newark, NJ, Vice-President Kamala Harris touted Newark’s lead water pipe replacement project as a domestic model.
Harris is kick off a vacation of the country promoting any $1 trillion Biden-Harris facilities law to highlight the importance of clearing away old lead water calumet.
Nearly $3 thousand from the rules will be spent to replace inefficient water pipes nationwide as well as to set new limits for a particular amount of lead that’s fine in drinking water.
