March 27 (UPI) — A definite Chicago Transit Authority laborer was charged Sunday featuring two felonies after theoretically shooting a man in a stop.
Sylvester Adams, 53, was most charged to one felony count pointing to first-degree attempted murder and the other felony count of putout unlawful use of a marker for the shooting that were held inside the 95th Street Purple Line station on Saturday am.
Waiting around statement, CTA confirmed any Adams was employed to provide a customer assistant and wasn’t permitted to carry a weapon.
“Based on this own investigation, we can perhaps confirm that this employee what food was in violation of several CTA workforce rules, including an individual who expressly prohibits the possession colour firearm, ” the commutation said.
CTA added that it’s cooperating with police of their investigation of the shooting as “pursuing termination” of the staff members.

Unverified video of the shooting posted on social media appeared to show Adams arguing with a man to whom pushed him to the shaped.
The man did start to walk down the stairs while it’s true Adams got up not to mention appeared to pull a gun of his pocket.
The video appears to show Adams firing one shot from the the surface of the stairs before pausing coupled with firing several additional hits down the stairs.
The victim, a 37-year-old man, was in critical skin condition at University of Chi town Medical Center after sustaining gunshot injuries to his before, abdomen and left calf.
